Why Head Start?

Our classrooms are both beautiful and welcoming. Our classroom set up is designed to give a home like environment. Which honors all families by providing materials and artifacts which represents and honors diversity and equality. We choose only the highest quality furnishings which provide a comfortable and inviting space for our children to play and learn to their greatest potential. Our interest areas include library, sand and water tables, blocks, discovery, dramatic play, art, technology, toys and games, as well as beautiful outdoor learning environment. 

We offer spaces for children to work together, as well as, work independently. We also provide a “safe place” in the classroom which supports children’s self-regulation skills. Your child’s safest is important to us! We have systems and protocols in place to ensure all staff are properly trained. Your children are supervised and cared for at all times. Our facilities are clean and well-maintained. We pride ourselves on the fact that we clean, sanitize, and disinfect all our surfaces and learning materials daily. We also promote hand washing to ensure that children in our care are at a low risk for contacting or spreading germs.
