Become an Advocate

Community Action Partnership of Madera County – Victim Services is calling on individuals to support the domestic violence and sexual assault hotline. We’re now accepting volunteers for our 2025 Advocate Training Program—a powerful way to serve your community and stand beside those who need it most.

Application Deadline:

May 23, 2025

Training Details: 

  • Program Dates: June 9 – July 16, 2025

  • Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

  • Time: 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (light dinner included)

  • Must complete a background check.

Applications are available at the Victim Services Office, located at 812 W. Yosemite Ave., Ste 101, Madera, CA 93637. You may also complete the application using the form below. Both paper and electronic applications must be submitted by May 23, 2025. Please email your completed application to jcoronado@maderacap.org or deliver it in person to the address above.

If you are filling out the application below, it will automatically get sent to Victim Services.
