Ethics Hotline

CAPMC launched the Ethics Hotline to provide team members and the public another venue to report violations and/or misconduct. The Hotline is a centralized resource to anonymously report any concerns of unethical or illegal business practices.

The Agency investigates all credible allegations of violations of Agency policies and applicable laws. Individuals who raise concerns will not be subject to retaliation for reporting suspected violations in good faith. Based on the need to prevent potential harm to others, to comply with the law, and to conduct an investigation, the identity of the person making a report will be protected as much as possible. Those who identify themselves will receive confirmation that the report was received and in most instances, will be notified of the outcome. Reports that raise material concerns about our accounting practices, internal controls, or audit matters will be referred to our Board of Directors’ Finance Committee.

Reports can be made by calling the Hotline at 1-877-453-7244.
